Shop Policies

Order Processing

  • In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping

  • We ship via USPS using Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders $200+ (after discounts, before tax).

  • Shipping rates for orders under $200 are calculated at checkout.

  • Once a package is accepted by the carrier, transit timelines and delivery issues are managed by USPS. If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local post office for assistance and then email us at mayandmaryapparel@gmail.com so we can help troubleshoot.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges within 60 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in like-new condition with tags/labels attached. Items with wear, odors, stains, or alterations are not eligible.

  • To start an exchange, email us with your order number. Then send your package to the return address on your original shipping label.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns & Refunds

  • No refunds. We do not offer money-back returns.

  • Where required by law, defective or incorrect items will be repaired or replaced; please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Custom & Made-to-Order

  • No returns or refunds on custom or made-to-order items. Please review measurements, colors, and any proofs carefully before we begin production.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

  • If you need to update your shipping address or modify an order, email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is in processing or shipped.

Final Sale

  • Items marked Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for exchange.
